Random thoughts

The fact that my blog is a medium for me to express and not to get fame and all is actually a good fact. Why? Because, I can post mostly everything here (if I have enough time). I keep my blog's identity very well (InsyaAllah) so that close friends and haters won't find it. Hehehe :D

Now, i'm starting getting hungry again. Maybe i should change the title to Random Pictures... hehehe :D

My first try on non-baked blueberry cheese cake :p

Ingredients

Cream Cheese

Digestive Biscuits

Butter

Gelatin

Vanilla Essence

Yogurt (Blueberry/Plain)

Blueberry Topping

Gelatin Halal

Firstly, hancurkan digestive biscuits sampai hancur lumat :)

campurkan dengan butter yang dicairkan, masukkan dalam loyang and mampatkan, dan kemudian masuk kan dalam peti sejuk dalam masa lebih kurang 30 - 45 minit 

The second layer ni, kena mix kan yogurt, blueberry topping, cream cheese and a bit vanilla essence and not to forget letak gelatin okayy :P

dengan dua lapisan tu masukkan lagi dalam peti 2-3 hours 

and lastly, masukkan lah lapisan terakhir. Blueberry topping masak kan dengan 60 gram gula. I dah buat twice this recipe, the first one banyak sangat cheese, the second try banyak gelatin pulak :) Sebab xguna measurement yang betul kut, anyway sedap jugak lah even tak jadi. I bawak pegi kamil sister's house last weekend and Kamil makan 3 slices which is veryy positive because dia tak suka makan kek, and for kakak and his brother in law pulak they said macam kedai yang buat :) Big smileee for me :)
